- Latvia and all EU countries: free tracked shipping on every order. In Latvia, express delivery is also available for €12.00.
- United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel and the United Arab Emirates: a flat rate of €4.95, shown at checkout before you pay.
We don't currently ship to other countries.
Orders ship within 2 business days. Delivery within the EU usually takes 7–14 business days after dispatch; outside the EU it varies by destination. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link.
Orders to countries outside the EU may be charged import duties or taxes by local customs. These aren't included in our prices and are paid by the recipient.
If your tracking stops updating or your parcel arrives damaged, email us with your order number and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Not happy with your order? Email spade.helmuts@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. You don't need to give a reason.
Your EU right of withdrawal
If you live in the EU, you also have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Just send us a clear statement by email before the 14 days are up. Our 30-day guarantee is in addition to this right.
Sending an item back
After you contact us, we'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please send the item back within 14 days of telling us. Unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, the return postage is paid by you.
Refunds
We refund the full price you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of your request, back to your original payment method. We may wait until we've received the item or proof that you've sent it.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
Email us with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund and cover any return costs. EU law also gives you a 2-year legal guarantee for defects present at delivery.
