30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with your order, email us at spade.helmuts@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. You don't need to give a reason.

Your EU right of withdrawal

If you live in the EU, you also have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you (or a person you name) receive the goods, without giving any reason. To use it, send us a clear statement by email, for example using the model form at the bottom of this page. It's enough to send it before the 14 days are up. Our 30-day guarantee is in addition to this right and doesn't limit it.

Sending an item back

After you contact us, we'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please send the item back within 14 days of telling us, in its original packaging if you still have it. Unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, the cost of sending it back is paid by you. In some cases we may refund you without needing the item back, and we'll tell you if so.

You're welcome to open and try the product, as you would in a shop. If it has been handled beyond that and has lost value as a result, we may reduce the refund by that amount.

Refunds

We refund the full price you paid, including any standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your request. We may wait to send the refund until we've received the item back or you've shown proof that you've sent it, whichever comes first. Refunds go back to your original payment method at no cost to you.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or it isn't what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, and we cover any return costs. Under EU law you're also covered by a 2-year legal guarantee for defects that existed when the goods were delivered.
