1. About us

This online store (Solène) is operated by Inkless Co., Dzenu iela 12, Riga, LV-1021, Latvia. Email: spade.helmuts@gmail.com. These terms apply to every order placed through the store. By placing an order, you agree to them.

2. Orders

After you place an order, we'll email you an order confirmation. The contract between us is formed when we send that confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or there's an obvious pricing error. If we do, we'll refund any payment in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros, or in your local currency where offered, and include VAT where applicable. Any delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at checkout using one of the payment methods offered there.

4. Our products

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Our eye patches are cosmetic products for external use only. Please patch test on your inner arm before first use, don't use them on broken or irritated skin, and stop using them if irritation occurs. Colours in photos may look slightly different on your screen.

5. Delivery

Delivery areas, costs and times are set out in our Shipping policy. The goods are your responsibility once you, or a person you name, receive them.

6. Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery, and EU customers have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal. Full details, including a model withdrawal form, are in our Refund policy.

7. Legal guarantee

You have a 2-year legal guarantee under EU consumer law for defects that existed when the goods were delivered. If something is wrong with your product, contact us and we'll replace it or refund you as required by law.

8. Discount codes

Discount codes can be used once per order unless stated otherwise, can't be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time. Codes that have already been applied to a completed order won't be affected.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where the law doesn't allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise, we aren't responsible for losses that weren't reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, or for business losses.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy policy.

11. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country. If you have a complaint, please email us first and we'll do our best to resolve it. You can also contact Latvia's Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC, www.ptac.gov.lv) or the consumer authority in your own country.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
