Where we ship and what it costs

• Latvia and all EU countries: free tracked shipping on every order. In Latvia, express delivery is also available for €12.00.
• United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel and the United Arab Emirates: a flat rate of €4.95 (or the equivalent in your currency), shown at checkout before you pay.

We don't currently ship to other countries.

Processing and delivery times

Orders ship within 2 business days. Delivery within the EU usually takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery times to countries outside the EU vary by destination. These are estimates rather than guaranteed dates and can be longer around holidays. Items in the same order may sometimes arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link.

Customs, duties and taxes outside the EU

Orders to countries outside the EU may be charged import duties or taxes by local customs. These aren't included in our prices or shipping fee and are paid by the recipient.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking stops updating, your order is taking longer than the times above, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us with your order number. We'll look into it and, if the parcel is lost or damaged, send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Address changes and cancellations

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to change it or cancel your order, email us as soon as possible. We can usually make changes before your order ships.
